In the charming Alsatian village of Husseren-les-Châteaux lies the Schueller cellar where Bruno, having taken the reigns from his father Gérard, makes some of the most sought-after bottles in the world of natural wine and beyond.

Bruno was among the first in the Alsace to advocate for low intervention wines.  His vines, on the sloping limestone that traverses the region, are carefully tended biodynamically.  With spontaneous fermentation and no added sulphites, the wines are sometimes wild, always magnificent, expressions of the classic Alsatian varieties.
